Here you can find a clear outline of our policies and house rules
​DEPOSIT POLICY
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of services on the day of your appointment.
Deposits will be forfeited if:

An appointment is cancelled outside of the required notice period The client does not show for their scheduled appointment

The appointment is rescheduled last-minute beyond the allowed notice window Deposits may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given more than 48 hours before appointment.
Remaining balances are due at the time services are rendered.

CANCELATION POLICY

Card on File
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments. Cards are stored securely and only charged if a policy violation occurs.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to an appointment scheduled for 30 minutes or longer, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. In some cases, a late cancellation fee may still apply.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We reserve time exclusively for you, and late changes directly affect our artists.
30–60 minute appointments

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total
Appointments longer than 1 hour

Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost for each hour booked

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total
Clients who late cancel or no-show may be required to place a deposit before booking future appointments.
Pattern of Missed Appointments
Clients with two or more last-minute cancellations or no-shows may no longer be eligible to book services at the salon.
HOUSE RULES

Headstone Salon and Gallery has a zero-tolerance policy for hate. Any guest may be refused or service ended for hate speech of any kind. Including but not limited to racism, homophobia and transphobia. We do not accept or allow any suggestion of violence in our space.

PRICING
Amount per service varies based on length and density. Stylists reserve the right to adjust according to product use, physical labor and service time.
